The Site provides information about our residential and commercial permitting services, permit preparation and submission, plan-review coordination, revisions and resubmittals, permit research, expediting, project support, and related services.

Information provided through the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. A binding agreement between you and Next Permit is created only when both parties enter into a separate written agreement.

1. Services and Use of the Site

Any pricing, processing times, approval timelines, jurisdictional requirements, permit expectations, or project information displayed on the Site is provided as an estimate or general example only.

Such information is subject to change and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, contract, promise, or guarantee of approval.

A formal scope of services, fee structure, timeline, payment terms, and project responsibilities will be established only through a separate written agreement.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Personal and Informational Use

Content on the Site is provided for personal, business, and informational purposes related to evaluating or requesting our services.

No Automated Access

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining programs, or other automated tools to extract, copy, harvest, reproduce, or distribute Site content, forms, layouts, graphics, service descriptions, or business information, except through standard search-engine indexing.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, photographs, icons, layouts, branding, logos, service descriptions, templates, forms, and the Next Permit Solutions name, is owned by Next Permit or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Next Permit provides administrative, coordination, research, and permit-support services. We do not control governmental agencies, building departments, reviewers, inspectors, utility providers, or other third parties involved in the permitting process.

Permit approval, review comments, processing times, inspections, code interpretations, fees, required documents, and final approvals are determined by the applicable governmental authority or other responsible entity.

Next Permit does not guarantee:

  • That a permit application will be approved

  • That a permit will be issued by a particular date

  • That submitted plans or documents will be accepted without revision

  • That governmental fees or requirements will remain unchanged

  • That a project complies with all applicable laws, codes, zoning rules, deed restrictions, or association requirements

  • That inspections will be passed or approvals granted

Processing times may be affected by agency workloads, staffing, emergencies, holidays, code changes, incomplete information, correction requests, third-party delays, and circumstances outside our control.

4. No Professional Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Next Permit does not provide legal, architectural, engineering, surveying, tax, financial, construction, or real-estate advice.

Permit requirements may vary based on the property, jurisdiction, project type, scope of work, zoning district, flood zone, building classification, and other factors.

You should consult qualified attorneys, architects, engineers, contractors, surveyors, or other licensed professionals when appropriate.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information

  • Supplying all requested plans, surveys, applications, authorizations, and supporting documents

  • Obtaining required signatures and approvals

  • Paying governmental, professional, and third-party fees

  • Reviewing submissions for accuracy before filing

  • Responding promptly to requests for information

  • Hiring properly licensed professionals where required

  • Ensuring that the proposed work complies with private restrictions, leases, association requirements, and contractual obligations

Next Permit is not responsible for delays, rejections, additional fees, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or untimely information supplied by the client or another project participant.

6. Inquiries, Forms, and Document Submissions

Submitting a form, requesting information, uploading documents, or communicating with Next Permit does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, fiduciary duty, or binding agreement.

A formal service relationship is established only through a separate written agreement accepted by the appropriate parties.

Information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is specifically required for the permitting process.

7. Public Records

Documents submitted to Florida governmental agencies may become public records and may be available for public inspection or disclosure.

These records may include permit applications, plans, surveys, ownership information, contractor information, correspondence, supporting documents, and other project materials.

Next Permit is not responsible for disclosure made by a governmental agency in accordance with public-records laws.

8. Third-Party Links, Portals, and Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with governmental portals, municipal websites, payment providers, scheduling tools, mapping services, social-media platforms, analytics providers, or other third-party services.

Next Permit does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, terms, fees, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

9. Fees and Governmental Charges

Any fees listed on the Site are informational only unless confirmed in a written agreement.

Next Permit’s service fees generally do not include governmental permit fees, impact fees, review fees, utility charges, professional fees, plan-revision costs, inspection fees, recording fees, courier charges, or other third-party expenses unless expressly stated in writing.

Governmental and third-party fees may change without notice.

10. Site Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Next Permit disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Next Permit does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Permit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

11. Written Service Agreements Control

Any permitting, expediting, administrative, project-management, research, or consulting services provided by Next Permit will be governed by the separate written agreement applicable to those services.

If these Terms conflict with a signed written agreement between you and Next Permit, the signed agreement will control for that specific project or service.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Next Permit and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Inaccurate or unauthorized information supplied by you

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Project documents or instructions provided by you or on your behalf

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
